Indian Association of Physics
Teachers (IAPT) is conducting National Standard Examinations in Physics, Chemistry,
Biology, Astronomy, Junior Science (NSEP, NSEC, NSEB, NSEA, NSEJS) for International Olympics for the year 2012-2013.
These examinations will held through out the country.
International Olympiads are held
every year in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Astronomy and Junior
Science for 10th and 10+2 students.
National Standard Examinations (NSEP
in Physics, NSEC in Chemistry, NSEB in Biology, NSEA in Astronomy and NSEJS in
Junior Science) are nationwide examinations organized by IAPT
NSEP, NSEC, NSEB and NSEA are
conducted for CBSE class XII level while NSEJS is at CBSE class X level.
These National Standard Examinations are the first and the
only screening tests leading towards International Olympiads in the respective
subjects.

- Last date of enrollement: 15th September, 2012
- All the five are on the same day: 24th November, 2012, Saturday
- Probable dates of INOs: 28th-29th January, 2013
- Expected date of results of INOs: 01st March, 2013
- OCSCs: April-June, 2013
